Canine Tadalafil Pharmacokinetic Study
Seeking research participants for our Canine Tadalafil Pharmacokinetic Study.
Summary of Study
This study will require dogs to be hospitalized for 48 hours, we will be collecting blood samples at different time points to determine an accurate oral dose of Tadalafil to treat canine pulmonary hypertension.
To be eligible to participate canines must be:
- Healthy (we will perform a free physical exam to determine eligibility).
- Between 22 to 33 pounds.
- Neutered or spayed.
- Cannot be on any prescription medications aside from monthly anti-parasite medications.
