The Department of Human Resources (HR) provides services to the University in recruiting and training, administration of compensation and benefits, administration of policies and procedures, faculty related issues, and employee relations. The department assists other departments in meeting their staffing goals, managing job performance, and interpreting policy. The department also supports employees and their supervisors in reaching understanding and reconciling differences to promote effective working relationships. The HR department fosters an open door policy and prides itself on providing outstanding customer service to the faculty, staff, residents, and administration of Midwestern University.
