Applicant information for the MWU Multispecialty Clinic, Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Manipulative Medicine Residency Program.

Application Process

Important: ONMM3 programs do not participate in the match.

Selection criteria for all resident trainees comply with the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), American Academy of Osteopathy (AAO), and Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Must be a graduate from an Osteopathic medical school in the United States accredited by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) or must be a graduate from a medical school in the United States and Canada accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME).
  2. Successfully completed an AOA or ACGME-accredited residency program in another specialty.
  3. Be a member in good standing with the AOA, AAO, and ACGME.
  4. Conform to the Code of Ethics of the AOA and ACGME.
  5. Eligible for appropriate AZ state licensure.

Applicants must submit a MyERAS® application. Within your MyERAS® account, you must include the following documents:

  • Personal Statement
  • Letters of Recommendation (3)
  • MSPE
  • Medical School Transcripts
  • Residency Certificate
  • Residency Summative/Final Evaluation
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • COMLEX LEVEL-1, 2, and 3 or USMLE Step 1, 2, and 3
  • Milestone profile
  • Verification of Residency
  • Photograph
