Stipends

The stipends for the 2024-2025 academic year are as follows:

  • PGY-1: $64,488
  • PGY-2: $67,106
  • PGY-3: $70,028
  • PGY-3 Chief: $73,223

Wellness

Kingman Regional Medical Center values its resident physicians and their well-being. We are committed to helping you build the skills necessary to manage the ups and downs of your emergency medicine residency. We take a multifaceted wellness approach, including didactics on high-yield topics, at-home reflection through journaling, and resident/family gatherings.

All residents are paired with a faculty mentor. Your mentor will serve as a guide, helping you establish career goals and providing support as you balance your personal and professional development.
