Wellness Initiatives
This residency program considers wellness essential to ensuring residents are equipped to handle their training demands. As such, we encourage work-life balance, foster a supportive environment where residents can openly discuss their well-being, and prioritize physical activity and mental health. By prioritizing wellness, our program helps residents provide better patient care and overall satisfaction in their training. The Residency has quarterly wellness funds for the group to do outside activities together.
Our trainees choose this program because of its vibrant atmosphere and supportive culture, which encourages a healthy work-life balance. The program's commitment to wellness and fostering a sense of community among residents was a major factor in their decision to come. Our residents enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, travel, food culture, and sports.
