Recruitment Brochures

The Office of Communications and the Office of Admissions at both the Downers Grove and Glendale campuses have worked together to produce various brochures of interest to potential students of Midwestern University. These include:

Search Piece

The search piece provides students with a general description of each campus and the surrounding metropolitan area. Programs of study are also listed, including information such as general requirements, program length, class size, and individual web site addresses. The back cover of the piece depicts online screen shots of both www.midwestern.edu and the Interact Now! student account feature.

College Outcomes Brochures

The college outcomes brochure series comprise six in number: the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Chicago College of Pharmacy, the College of Pharmacy-Glendale, the College of Health Sciences (Downer Grove Campus), and the College of Health Sciences (Glendale Campus). Each piece features profiles of two college alumni, highlighting "Vital Stats" such as "Most Valuable MWU Experiences," "Future Plans," and "Words of Wisdom." Also included in each brochure are general admission requirements of the college as well as employment projections and projected salary expectations.

Special Publications

The Department of University Relations/Office of Communications produce a number of other print and on-line publications for both internal and external audiences. These include:

  • Community, alumni, and preceptor newsletters
  • Campus catalogs
  • Faculty Expert Guide
  • Graduation and other event programs
  • Invitations
  • Individual college program brochures

Additionally, two new pieces were recently created for distribution to members of the business community:

Executive Branding Brochure

The executive branding brochure is a multipage folder highlighting the programs offered at both the Downers Grove and Glendale campuses. A timeline tracing the development of Midwestern University from 1900 to 2004 is included, as well as a brief economic impact profile of each campus.

Economic Impact Brochure

The economic impact brochure, "An Investment Partnership Making an Impact for the Future," details how each campus of Midwestern University impacts business, jobs, education, research, health care, service, and the future of the state in which the campus is located.
