Volin earned his Ph.D. in Pathology from The University of Chicago in 1996 followed by a post-doctoral fellowship at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University until 2000. He then became a faculty member at the Illinois College of Optometry. In 2004 he moved to Midwestern University where his research laboratory studies potential mediators and therapies of rheumatoid arthritis and he teaches immunology and infectious disease to multiple graduate and medical professional programs. I am a board certified specialist in both foot and ankle reconstructive surgery. I graduated top of my class from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, and completed my surgical residency training at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation. After residency, I moved to the Phoenix area where I currently work as an Assistant Professor for the Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine.  I also continue to treat patients at the Midwestern University Multispecialty Clinic and serve as Clinical Faculty for rotating students.

Walter C. Prozialeck, Ph.D.

Walter C. Prozialeck has had a long and distinguish career as a biomedical educator and researcher. He received his Ph.D in Pharmacology from Thomas Jefferson University in 1978 and then completed a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in biochemical psychopharmacology at the Medical College of PA.  From 1980-1991, Dr. Prozialeck served on the faculty of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
